TOP 1:

五花肉切成薄片待用;鲜虾剪去虾枪虾须、开背去虾线再用牙签挑去虾肠待用;莲藕去皮洗净切成薄片用水焯熟待用;菜花拆成小朵洗净用水焯熟待用;干木耳用水泡发撕成小朵用水焯熟待用;熏干切成片待用;平菇去根撕成小朵洗净用水焯熟待用;莴笋切成长条用水焯熟待用;干辣椒擦干净剪成段去籽待用。

TOP 2:

炒锅烧热放入少量油,放入五花肉片慢慢煸炒至出油,再放入姜片、蒜片一起煸炒出香味。
