鸡翅 12根 藕 1节
年糕 2块 芹菜 若干 蚝油 1汤匙 黄酒 适量
麻辣清油火锅底料半袋 0.5包 立即购买
葱 1节 姜 1块 蒜 5瓣

TOP 1:

鸡翅洗净,加入蚝油、黄酒、花椒、姜片,用手抓匀腌15分钟。

TOP 2:

锅内油热后,放入鸡翅煎1-2分钟至皮收紧。

将海底捞清油火锅底料,葱、蒜加入锅中翻炒均匀。
